UC Davis Athletics Partners with Athletic Solutions to Launch adidas NIL Locker Rooms
DAVIS, Calif. — UC Davis Athletics has partnered with Athletic Solutions to launch official adidas NIL Locker Rooms, providing Aggie student-athletes with a new opportunity to earn name, image and likeness (NIL) royalties through personalized merchandise while giving fans another way to support their favorite student-athletes.
Through the partnership, UC Davis student-athletes can opt in to create individual online stores featuring official Adidas apparel customized with their names, numbers and UC Davis branding. Student-athletes will earn NIL royalties from purchases made through their personalized stores.
“We’re excited to partner with Athletic Solutions to create another opportunity for our student-athletes to benefit from their name, image and likeness,” said Dr. Heather Hunter, senior associate athletics director. “The adidas NIL Locker Rooms give our Aggies a platform to build their personal brands while offering alumni, fans and supporters a new way to connect with and support our student-athletes.”
The platform also provides fans, alumni and supporters with access to officially branded UC Davis merchandise featuring individual student-athletes across Aggie Athletics programs. Each participating student-athlete will have a dedicated storefront, allowing supporters to purchase merchandise associated with their favorite Aggies.
